• Learn how to use the Karuna ® Symbols in a healing session.
• Become a Registered Holy Fire III Karuna Reiki® Master with the International Centre for Reiki Training
• Take your spiritual and healing journey to a new, deeper level
• Learn how to teach Karuna as an intensive course.
• Receive Holy Fire ©111 Karuna Reiki ® Certificate and Register with ICRT
• Online Etiquette and Supplement, or manual.
• Complete with ICRT manual, or online manual.

Karuna Compassionate Action

Karuna is a Sanskrit word and is used in Hinduism and Buddhism.  It is translated to mean any action that is taken to diminish the suffering of others and could be translated as “compassionate action.”  When individuals experience enlightenment, they report that all beings are know as one.  Therefore, it is natural to extend compassionate action or Karuna to everyone without distinction because we are all one.  As we help others and aid them in their healing process, all beings benefit.  As you develop Karuna in yourself, not only are you helping others, but you also become more receptive to the Karuna that is being sent by all Enlightened Beings.  Thus your healing is quickened as well Karuna ® Reiki opens you to work more closely with all enlightened Beings.  This includes those Enlightened Ones who are physically present as well as those in Spirit.

What you need to know before your Reiki Training

In order to receive the optimal benefits from the course, please avoid alcohol and large meals, 2 – 3 days before.

• Be present during the course, this is a live interactive course.
• Use a separate room so you are not disturbed by family or pets.
• Let other household members know you will be busy.
• Stay focused on the Reiki Online Course, without other interactions with phones etc.
• Have some relaxing music ready to play during your experiences, placements and Ignitions
• Use your mute button during Experiences, Placements and Ignitions, so as not to disturb other course students with your music.
• Make yourself comfortable, have a place you can relax during the meditation experiences.
• Come back promptly after breaks.
• Have your hard copy  or digital Reiki Manual available.
