Returns: Art Prints - Canvases
All prints and canvases are sent directly from our printers and are Printed On Demand.
We do not offer refunds on the prints. If you are not satisfied with your purchase then we would be very happy to communicate with you to sort out the issue. So please contact us via email or phone.
Shipping and Printing for Orders
Smaller prints will be posted quickly;
Altar Prints & Chohan Prints will be posted in 1-2 days.
UK Shipping time: 1-3 working days.
Europe Shipping time: 5-10 working days.
No shipping to rest of the world.
Art Prints:
UK Shipping time: 4-7 working days.
Europe Shipping time: 8-14 working days.
No shipping to rest of the world.
Canvases
The Canvases can take up to 14 days to be printed. Once printed. Ongoing shipping times:
UK Shipping time: 2-4 days
Europe Shipping time: 8-15 days.

Lost Orders
Notify us straight away if your order does not arrive.
Contact us about expected postal delivery. If your order does get lost in the post we will refund you the full amount.
We will refund your payment to you if your order has not arrived within 28 days or placing your order. With Canvases refunds will be given after 35 days.
